We’re currently looking for a confident, experienced Support Worker to join a brilliant team in Caerphilly. You’ll be supporting a bright and cheerful young girl with complex clinical needs in the comfort of her home. Your role is all about bringing structure, stability, and warmth to her day-to-day routine while providing specialist care that truly makes a difference.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a Support Worker with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 (moving to 2:1) support including waking night shifts
• Delivering safe, compassionate care tailored to complex medical needs
• Monitoring and managing seizure activity with confidence
• Assisting with PEG feeding, suctioning, and oxygen therapy
• Helping create fun, structured, and engaging daily experiences
• Collaborating with parents and the wider care team to provide holistic support

Experience:

• PEG feeding: 2 years (preferred)
• Epilepsy & Complex seizure management: 2 years (preferred)
• working with children with complex clinical needs: 2 years (preferred)
