Understanding Your Care Funding Options
- Private Funding – Self-funded care, giving you complete flexibility over your care package.
- Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) – NHS funding that allows eligible individuals to arrange their own care and support.
- NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) – Fully funded care for individuals with complex, ongoing healthcare needs who meet the NHS eligibility criteria.
- Interim Funding – Temporary funding arrangements to ensure care can begin while longer-term funding is being finalised.
- Professionally Managed Funding – Care arranged through litigation settlements, Court-appointed Deputies or in partnership with a Case Manager, depending on your individual circumstances.

Before care begins, we carry out a comprehensive assessment, develop a personalised care plan and complete detailed clinical and environmental risk assessments. We coordinate with families, case managers, commissioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure everyone involved has confidence in the support being delivered.
Our team carefully selects and prepares the right carers for each package, ensuring all required training, competencies and inductions are completed before care starts. We also organise specialist equipment, medication documentation, emergency protocols, schedules and key clinical records, so every package is fully prepared before the first shift.
