We’re hiring a Time Sheet Nurse (Community – Complex Care Oversight) to support our Children’s Complex Care contract across Hampshire.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Time Sheet Nurse, you’ll provide essential clinical oversight and support:
• Conducting clinical assessments for new and existing clients.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Providing clinical guidance and support to care teams in the community.
• Auditing Medication Administration Records (MAR charts) and addressing any issues.
• Delivering clinical training and supporting staff development.
• Assessing and signing off staff competencies.
• Monitoring care quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Escalating clinical concerns to the Head of Clinical when required.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication with all stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.
• Background in community or home care settings.
• Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and medication management.
• Experience auditing clinical documentation (e.g. MAR charts).
• Experience delivering training and assessing staff competencies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Hampshire.
