Homecare Support Worker | £15 per hour | 5–15 hours per week | potential for overseas travel

NursLink Homecare is recruiting a Community Support Worker in Bridgwater to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who requires support accessing the local community. This role is perfect for someone interested in providing support and promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman to access the community and activities

• Encourage independence and confidence

• Provide safe, person-centred care and companionship

Requirements

• Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle

• Must hold a British or European passport (due to potential overseas travel)

• Reliable, professional, and compassionate

• Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential (training provided)
