Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: 2 shifts per week, 9am–6pm

We are seeking a dedicated female Support Worker / Homecare Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for an elderly gentleman in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in elderly care, personal care, and Peg Management to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship tailored to the individual’s needs

• Support emotional wellbeing and daily routines

• Assist with household tasks and Peg Management

• Ensure safe mobility and encourage engagement in activities

Who We’re Looking For

• Female applicants only (required for personal care, Schedule 9, Part 1, Equality Act 2010)

• Must be a car driver with access to reliable transport

• Empathetic, patient, and reliable

• Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or Peg Management is preferred
