Health Care Assistant
Every day as a healthcare assistant at NursLink Homecare is unique, and shaped by the individual needs of each client. You’ll experience challenges, triumphs, laughter, and unforgettable moments, knowing you’re making a real difference.
Resilience and a positive attitude are essential as you embrace each new day. Following personalized care plans, your tasks will vary – from domestic support like shopping, housework, and meal preparation to assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, medication, and complex care needs.
You’ll also keep accurate records using our digital system to ensure seamless communication with healthcare professionals and family carers.
Support Workers
Our ideal candidates are committed to supporting clients with a wide range of needs, delivering care with sensitivity, discretion, and professionalism, especially during challenging times.
You’ll need a positive, proactive attitude, strong clinical skills, and an empathetic, engaging approach to deliver our premium service. If you have a strong understanding of the clinical, social, and emotional complexities of homecare, we offer regular, ongoing work.

Registered Nurse and Registered Mental Health Nurse
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses with experience in delivering care within clients’ homes. You should be confident acting as a clinical lead, providing guidance and support to our care staff.
We welcome nurses with a broad range of clinical skills, who can provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients with diverse backgrounds and complex needs.
A positive, proactive approach, strong clinical expertise, and an empathetic, engaging manner are essential for our nurses. You should be comfortable working autonomously, following detailed care plans, and confident in lone-working environments.
We offer regular, ongoing work for nurses who can demonstrate previous healthcare experience and a commitment to exceptional homecare.
