Complex Care Support Worker – Colchester, Essex

Hours: 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
Pay Rate: £18 per hour

We’re seeking a skilled Support Worker to support a spinal injury client with complex clinical needs in Colchester.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialist care including Autonomic Dysreflexia management, Suprapubic Catheter care, Bladder Washouts, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Non-Invasive BiPAP Ventilation, Cough Assist, Nebulised Medication, Oxygen Saturation Monitoring, and Stoma Care (Ileostomy)

• Support emotional wellbeing and daily routines

• Encourage independence while ensuring safety

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team

Who We Need:

• Experienced in complex clinical care for spinal injury clients

• Confident in using clinical equipment and handling emergencies

• Empathetic, reliable, and proactive

• Able to work 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
